What you are buying

A paid bid buys your listing a position on the natwars.lol board for the current season, and adds that amount to the country score your listing is attached to. It does not buy exclusivity, a minimum duration, a guaranteed amount of traffic, or any position after the season ends.

Payments are final

All bids are non-refundable. Being outbid is the expected outcome of a bidding game and is not grounds for a refund. Neither is the weekly season reset, which is announced on every page.

If a payment is charged but your listing does not appear, that is a fault on our side and we will either place the listing or refund it. Contact us with the checkout reference from your receipt.

What you may list

You must have the right to promote whatever you submit. You may not list chat or invite links, adult content, link shorteners, malware, phishing, content that is illegal where it is hosted, or anything impersonating another product or person.

We may remove a listing that breaks these terms at any time, without a refund and without adjusting the country score it contributed to. We may also decline to list a URL for any reason.

Outbound links

Listings are paid placements. Every outbound link on the board is marked rel="sponsored". We do not review, endorse or take responsibility for anything on a linked site.

Availability

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uptime and are not liable for lost traffic, lost revenue, or a bid placed during an outage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the season the claim relates to.

Changes

We may change the pricing rules, the increments, or the season schedule. Changes apply from the next season onward and never retroactively re-rank a season that has already been paid for.
